CrossFit Class

This is our general CrossFit Class and it is 60 minutes in length.
Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, maintenance and mobility work, skill and strength work and a WOD (workout of the day).
Workouts are designed to be fun and challenging for beginner to intermediate level CrossFitters.
This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Barbell Club

The main focus of this class is the preparation and execution of Olympic lifts.
We spend 60 minutes on warm-up, technique work and strength components.
Barbell Club is geared towards those individuals looking to improve their barbell skill set.
Barbell Club is open to all members.

Open Gym

An open shop type format.
Members are welcome to come in and work on skills and drills.
All activities must first be cleared by the coach.

CrossFit 101

CrossFit 101 is our ongoing introductory program.
To ensure the safety and long term success of our members, it is necessary to build a solid foundation.
